I. Historical profile of the Company..........
In October 1968, the Well-Done Metal Industries Inc.was born. During the initial years of operation, it was housed at a portion of the Capule residence with four(4) laborers/welders.
Through the years, the sucess of the company was evidenced by the acquisition and construction of a factory, situated at Tanada Subdivision, Valenzuela, Metro Manila and a Sales office located at 2438 Juan Luna St. Gagalangin Tondo, Manila. The telephone numbers are 253-9535 and 253-9541.The original laborers/welders have likewise arithmetically increased and all other business angles and oppotunities developed rapid pace and proportion. The involvement and support of the entire family contributed to what the company is now. Mrs Rufina Capule, the wife and Thelma, the only daughter are responsible for giving free demonstration of baking lessons to customers. The three sons: Willy, Jun and Ed handles three distinct roles such as sales, engineering design and overall factory supervision.Well-Done Metal Industriies Inc. specializes in ovens, carefully designed and invented to suit the needs of bakers. It was a product of painstaking research acquired from the Philippine College of Arts and Trades added to managerial seminars attended from various institutions like the Ateneo de Manila University by Mr. Capule. Altogether, with his practical experiences ang inputs from the academe, the ROTARY OVEN came to complete fruition and was readily granted patent by the Philippine Patent Office. Thereafter, the commercial manufacture of the ovens was undertaken to meet the needs of bakers throughout the country. The company, which started with a meager capital in 1968, was able to thrive in a competitive business environment. This can attribute to the highly personalized service extended to customers in addition to the quality and the reliability of the rotary ovens produced by the company.
